One-hour minimum, then billed in 15-minute increments.

Hi, I'm Jonathan.

I started Buttermilk Tech because good technical help shouldn't require knowing the right words to describe your problem. Most of the people I work with are perfectly capable — they've just been rushed through an explanation one too many times.

So I take my time. I'll ask questions, poke around, and keep going until it works. And I'll explain what I did in plain English, as many times as you'd like to hear it.
